Service Usage

• By using the Service, you confirm that you are a natural person, legal entity, or other organization with full legal capacity regarding civil rights and civil conduct. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your state or province of residence or have obtained consent from your legal guardian.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without our express written permission.
• To perform an Exchange, the User must create an Order specifying the direction, amount, exchange type, and the recipient address where funds should be received during the Exchange, then send funds to the specially generated address (or address/MEMO combination) on the Order page.
• Only one transaction per address is permitted.
• By selecting Fixed Rate, you confirm and agree that CryptoRise will execute the Exchange and send the exact amount displayed on the Order page at creation time, provided that:
  
  You sent the funds and the transaction entered the mempool or blockchain network within 10 minutes of Order creation.
  You sent the exact amount displayed on the Order page, excluding network and withdrawal fees.
  The market rate changed no more than 1.2% between Order creation and transaction appearance in the blockchain mempool.
  
  Otherwise, executing the Order with the exact amount displayed before payment will be impossible. You may choose on the Order page: proceed with the Exchange at the new market fixed rate (when possible) or receive a refund minus network fees.
• By selecting Floating Rate, you acknowledge that exchange rates are approximate and change over time. Service fees and network consolidation fees are included in the final displayed rate. The exchange rate is finalized within 10 minutes after your transaction receives the required blockchain confirmations.

Pricing and Exchange Rates

• Service prices may change without notice.
• We are not liable for price changes, service modifications, or discontinuations.
• CryptoRise fees and network costs are included in the displayed exchange rate.
• Required transaction confirmations vary by cryptocurrency and may change without notice.

Processing Orders Violating Exchange Rules

• Late Transactions (after 24 hours)
  
  Transactions will be attached to Orders within 24 hours of request. Users may choose to continue at current rates or receive a refund.
• Multiple Transactions
  
  Only the first transaction is processed automatically. Additional transactions will be manually processed within 24 hours.
• Double Exchange Attempts
  
  Funds will be sent to the Users specified address within 24 hours, minus additional service costs.
• Refunds to Service Addresses
  
  Refunds require proof of transaction origin and will be processed within 14 days.
• Smart Contract Transactions
  
  Require manual processing within 7 days of request.
• Incorrect Blockchain Network
  
  Supported networks: Processed within 7 days
  Unsupported networks: May require 30 days, minimum $20 equivalent, and $10+ recovery fee
• Incorrect Currency
  
  Different currency in same network:
  - Supported: 7 days processing
  - Unsupported: 30 days, $20+ equivalent, $10 fee
  
  Different network:
  - Supported network: 7 days
  - Unsupported: 30 days, $20+ equivalent, variable fees
• Missing Transaction Parameters
  
  May result in permanent loss. Recovery requires proof and costs 10% (min $10). Processed within 14 days.
• User Communication
  
  Direct orders: Only sender can request support
  Partner orders: Partner representatives may assist
• Contact Information Requirements
  Users must provide valid, accessible email addresses.
  
  We may reject requests if:
  - Incomplete Order details
  - Unverified sender identity

Prohibited Jurisdictions

• We may restrict services in certain countries.
• Service is prohibited for US citizens/residents and entities in UN-sanctioned countries.
• Service is prohibited where cryptocurrency use is illegal.
• We may implement jurisdiction-blocking methods.

Prohibited Uses

• You may not use the Service for:
  
  Illegal activities
  Fraud or money laundering
  Sanctioned addresses
  Harassment or discrimination
  Spam or phishing
  Security breaches
• Money laundering is prohibited. Suspicious funds may be frozen.
• Transactions from sanctioned addresses are prohibited.
• We may terminate service for violations.

AML Procedure

• No registration required, but suspicious transactions may require origin documentation.
• We identify suspicious activity through partners, public sources, and law enforcement.
• We may withhold investigation details.
• Transactions may undergo security screening.
• You must provide truthful origin information when requested.
• You are responsible for information accuracy.
• Data must come directly from the sender.
• Refusal or false information may result in frozen funds.
• Identity verification may be required in some cases.
• We may restrict services during investigations.

Your Rights

• You consent to personal data processing and international transfer.
• You authorize data storage and processing.
• We may share data with partners and authorities.
• Some information is protected under Privacy Policy.

Information Accuracy

• We do not guarantee Website information accuracy or timeliness.
• Historical information may not be current. Content may change without notice.

User Content

• We may use submitted materials without restriction.

Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Service may be suspended without notice.
• We are not liable for indirect damages.
• SERVICE PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES.

Liability Limitation

• We don not calculate or withhold taxes.
• You are responsible for tax compliance.

Agreement Changes

• Current version is always available on our website.
• We may modify terms without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Risk Disclosure

• You acknowledge cryptocurrency risks.
• You use the Service at your own risk.
• We are not liable for trading outcomes.

Intellectual Property

• We own all CryptoRise intellectual property.
• Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
• You may not copy or modify our IP.

Prohibited Activities

  Violate this Agreement

Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation.
• Email correspondence is binding.
• Unresolved disputes go to court after 30 days.
• Claims must be filed within 1 year.
